The Flambeau Table was born from one simple belief — that Caribbean food deserves to be celebrated, not rushed. Our founder, Chef Marlene Joseph, grew up watching her grandmother cook over open wood fire in the hills of Soufrière. That fire never left her.
Today, every plate that leaves our kitchen carries that same love. Slow-braised, fire-kissed, hand-seasoned with herbs from our own garden. This is food that tells you where you are the moment it hits your lips.
