Yes. We source quality braiding hair and extensions for most styles. Let us know at booking and we will include it in your quote. You are also welcome to bring your own hair if you prefer a specific brand or texture.
Yes. A small deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This holds your time slot and is applied to your final balance. Full details are confirmed over WhatsApp at the time of booking.
For most natural and protective styles, coming with freshly washed hair is preferred. For silk presses, a wash and deep condition are included as part of the service. If you are unsure, just ask when booking — we will tell you exactly what to do.
We currently accept cash and local bank transfers. Payment details are provided at booking confirmation. We are working to expand our payment options and will update clients as new methods become available.
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the deposit being non-refundable. Life happens — just let us know as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are appointment-based only. This allows every client to receive the full time and attention their hair deserves. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed, so we strongly recommend booking in advance — especially for weekends and public holidays.
