Kezia Forbes grew up in Gros Islet, in the north of Saint Lucia, in a family where land ownership was not wealth — it was security. Her father bought his first lot before he could afford to build on it. That taught her, early, that property in Saint Lucia is about more than money. It is about roots.

After nine years as a licensed agent, Kezia has worked with first-time buyers who didn't know where to start, diaspora professionals returning home after decades abroad, international investors attracted by Saint Lucia's stable legal framework, and families navigating difficult estate transactions.
